Think Beyond the Drink

An 6 week intensive disrupting your pattern with alcohol so you can discover and live your most authentic, healthy, and passionate life.

You will receive community support with weekly 90 minutes group coaching calls, daily activities, inspiration, and motivation.

You will accomplish an

--8+ week break from alcohol

--Learn new and healthy habits for self-awareness and self-soothing

--Take action on and fulfill one major life goal

--Complete 8 weeks of lessons on Teachable (online class forum)

You will have accountability with

--(1) 30 minute 1:1 goal setting meeting at the beginning of program

--(1) 50 minute 1:1 goal setting meeting halfway through the program

--10 group coaching calls--once a week for 8 weeks then 2 additional ones after the 8 weeks for additional support to keep you on track

--Yearly access to a "members only" Think Beyond the Drink group

Plus, you will have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect more deeply with your community and myself.

Who is this for?

—You are in the first 6 months of alcohol-free living and want more support with likeminded women in self-discovery

—You are currently drinking but you are sober curious (complete alcohol cessation is not required, but encouraged).

—You want to achieve 100 day sans booze but know a partner(s) will keep you accountable, and be more fun

—You are aware life beyond the drink will cause you to look more closely at your emotional intelligence and you would like a guide in the process
